We decided to take the kids and Uncle Rick

to the falls on a rainy Saturday.

Unfortunately, the kids found them to be

a bit of a yawn and Graydon's foot "hurt".

Miraculously, Graydon's foot-ailment went into remission

when we arrived at the ultra-tacky Clifton Hill.

A summer isn't really a summer without a visit

to at least 1 giant tacky theme park.

Calypso, "Canada's Largest Themed Waterpark" did the trick!

Bronwen (3) was frightened of the slides in the toddler section,

some of which stood less than a few feet off the ground.

Somehow she managed "Boomerango" without issue.

I took the boys for an adventure in the ravine across from our house.

Michael and Julie came by for a nice visit on Saturday night.

Graydon did a week of circus camp with his friend Rowan.

On Friday they did their final show.

Since then, we have been overwhelmed with calls from Cirque de Soleil.
